- William HAugust 23, 2014One of the better Indian joints in the neighborhood, though it can run on the pricey side. Tikka masala is solid, as are the mango lassis. Spinach soup is better than you'd expect.
- There's lots of vegetarian options on the wkd lunch buffets. It's always delicious. I've now also enjoyed dinner off the menu. Vegetarian jalfreezi was excellent! It's mild though, so add some heat.
- jon ferrerMarch 10, 2015Very good Northern Indian cuisine in a neighborhood you wouldn't expect. If you're into goat, you have to do the goat curry. loved the Indus Valley dal as well
- Sandra LloydMay 21, 2010Best Northern Indian food this side of Murray Hill. Lamb chops are excellent, love the tamarind sauce, dahl is good, samosas are perfect. Great service too. No wonder it's packed.
- Josh KillFebruary 22, 2013Lamb Vindaloo is exceptional (spicy, but perfectly balanced with a bit of yogurt sauce and nan).
- Raghavan MuthuregunathanDecember 23, 2011Paneer tikka masala is heaven . All chicken dishes can be replaced with Paneer for vegan guests
- Brenda CervantesMarch 15, 2014The staff was very rude. They made a big deal when I asked to be seated closer to the window because I was only one person and the table was for 4. Yet there were lots of empty tables everywhere ..
- The food is very good here, but the hostess needs to know how to work the door. She told us a few minutes for a table but after 30 minutes, we were still not seated - and she was no where to be seen.
- Ron CaldwellFebruary 6, 2010Great food, great service, reasonable prices. First-rate weekend buffet.
- Get the all-you-can-eat weekend buffet at Indus Valley. Delicious!!
- If the Vindaloo seems too mild, order the Bhuna Ghost "spicy."
