- BANH HOI (Grilled Beef Shortrib, Gulf Shrimp, Scallops, Angel Hair Noodles, Valverdi Farms Lettuce, Nuoc Cham Sauce)
- Start with filet mignon salad. Move to sauted jumbo shrimp and house fried rice. End with mango and vanilla ice-cream . Two folks can share for a light affordable meal. Also red snapper excellent.

- This restaurant reminds me of Raffles Hotel Singapore. The food is authentic Vietnamese-delicious! Reservations recommended.
