Bartenders weren't friendly and didn't seem happy to be there. Beautiful grounds. Seemed more lively next door at SLS.

Beautiful hotel. Free wine happy hour nightly. Adorable rooms. No loud Miami style music blasting. If I come back to Miami I'd stay here again

Damla AkbayNovember 2, 2014I will not stay here again. Rooms are small pool was not clean, direct access to beach with terrible service there, free beach chairs but $19 for umbrellas. No late check-out, list goes on and on..

Always ask the front desk for freshed baked cookies, they are free and delicious.
If you're a Hilton Honor's member with status, make sure they give you the correct breakfast coupon. There's a continental coupon and a full breakfast coupon. They try to trick you into paying more.

Nice basic hotel with good amenities and small but well outfitted rooms. Worst restaurant with awful food and horrible service.
