Arrived at 11:45am on a weekday and just missed the last table. The wait was about 10 mins. Food was great 👌🏼

With a new sushi chef Yoya Takahashi at the helm of the omakase counter, the level of sushi gets a major upgrade from the more roll-centric offerings on the menu (that are popular with celebrities).
On the updated menu, its rolls now share the spotlight with dishes like salmon crudo and washugyu tataki (with thyme and wasabi). Miss the full roll-odex? Ask a server for the original 60-deep menu.
Everything was really good. Loved the boiled dumplings - pork and fennel. Also try the eggplant and noodle dishes.
The noodles were a little on the greasy side but the dumplings were legit.
The food was good. The Dan Dan noodles were great and the rest of the food was decent. A super weird thing is that they don’t serve hot tea. They gave us hot water instead which tasted soapy! 🙁
The crab is sweet & spicy. Top 3 crabs I’ve had in my life!

The steamed pork and the boiled fish fillet are good. The spicy dishes can be really spicy.
Great handmade noodle dishes. The Chinese mo or sandwich is a must. Food comes out quick. The parking lot is a nightmare.

The Tonkotsu Red ramen was appropriately spicy and somewhat flavorful. The broth was a little thin for my liking and I really don't think that corn should be in ramen, but to each their own.
The Fresh Rolls deserve their name and come with a tasty tamarind sauce.
