Nicole Goetz: President portrait gallery is amazing. Go to the 2nd floor and check it out.
Lucille Fisher: Excellent galleries, specially the President's section. Also do t miss the photography section and special exhibitions. Great museum shop as well.

Marc Kevin Hall: The Gallery is open every day except Christmas and New Year's Day.
Affinia Hotel Collection: Located on the National Mall, The National Gallery is one of the finest art collections in the world. Its works include painting, sculpture, and graphic arts from the Middle Ages to the present.
Tom Maxwell: Beautiful gallery with works by the greats including Leonardo Da Vinci. West building is contemporary & east is modern
Edgar: Great gallery, fun to go if you like art, pictures and history. No as fun with children since reading and keeping quite is required.
Michael Gizzi: Amazing museum. As good as, maybe better, than the National Gallery.
Morgan Thomas: One of my favorite museums. This place it literally attached to the Portrait Gallery. Check out the Kogod courtyard.

Travel + Leisure: Designed by Philip Johnson in 1963, this petite gallery is as captivating as the Impressionist and Modernist works it contains (paintings by Cézann, and Braque, plus sculptures by Calder and Rodin).
DailyCandy: This lesser-known, private art gallery near Georgetown University is home to a mix of African sculpture, impressionist & modern American art, a collection as spellbinding as it is modernist building.
Scott Johnston: Nice size and not crowded. Building really nicely designed to show off the paintings and especially the sculptures outdoors.

Jason Linkins: What I like about this gallery is that you can take a really long view of things. All you short view motherfuckers gotta take a hike.
NDevo: Been to two fashion shows there: Luke's Wings and Pink Jams. It's great for cocktail receptions, not so great for events - difficult layout to work with.
