Found this dark, sexy apothecary-theme cocktail bar via NY Times. Drinks ("prescriptions") are potent and sorted by predominant flavor notes. Try rosemary gimlet, anything with that lapsang tincture.

The bagels here are incredible. Try the smoked meat stuffed bagel warmed up, the rosemary rock salt, or a banana walnut with plain cream cheese. Yum!

The handmade chocolate bars are delicious and come in a variety of unique flavours. I recommend the "Mermaid's Choice" (burnt caramel and fleur de sel with a hint of rosemary).

Most dedecant crispy layered croissants! By far better than others:) amazing pastries!
At Beaucoup Bakery, the pastries are pretty solid (the plain croissant scores high on my scrutiny test, and the pine nut croissant is impressive), and the tarts are works of art.
