Good points: Amazing view, great location,friendly staff and very modern design. Negative points: overly priced for such small rooms and no complimentary breakfast.
The rooftop bar is definitely worth enjoying at least once during your stay. All staff are very friendly and the wifi is great throughout . Very convenient for Times Square and plenty of subways close
New hotel with trendy and stylish rooms (which are also small though - but that's kind of a standard in Manhattan). Staff is super friendly and helpful and the location is great, next to Times Square.

Excellent service. Crab cakes best I ever had. Sesame seared tuna was delicious. Wife's 3 ways steaks were great and the side dishes are family style and plentiful. Romantic setting, no complaints

I ate at the bar and received exceptional service, equivalent to four-star pleasant, friendly-but-not-overly-so, deferential, excellently trained service. Closer to Michelin-star than "pizza joint".

Nice place to eat near Times Square, friendly people and good Italian food. Be aware: the plates are for two or three persons! We had the pasta with seafood, it was great!
Good for groups, the portions are big, so you can share it for 2-3people. We had Alfredo fettuccine and chicken, it was delicious. Friendly service. Be ready to wait for 30 min for your table though.
