William Chu: This is a great vegetarian place on the Loop. The staff is extraordinarily friendly. If you let them know you are new to the place they will help you though the menu and give you samples
Angel Salas: Cool vegan spot with delicious food and refreshments. Definitely not your $5 meal joint though so make sure to come prepared. Aside from that, highly recommended.

Serious Eats: The Buffalo bar-rito, with its standard all-natural chicken, like all menu items that come with meat, can easily be made vegetarian by asking for tofu instead.

Daniel Eizans: Try the skirt steak. The glaze and the grilled vegetables over the top are fantastic. It's a nice alternative to the typical burger and wrap stuff.
If you're a vegetarian, get the fiesta burger sub a veggie party. Best veggie burger I've ever had in my life! Not kidding!
