Great spot for brunch. Great lattes , matcha, avocado toast and desserts. They also sell sugarfina candy, which are pricey but so worth it.

Cafe con leche is amazing! Only $2 for a large too! Bring cash though because they have a $5 minimum charge. It's a great spot for authentic, tasty, strong, inexpensive coffee.
