Great little casual pasta place. Choose your own pasta and flavour combination. Penne Arrabbiata was deliciously hot, loved the King Prawn spaghetti too.
I love Pastizzi cafe! The food is amazing and service great! Besides the Pastizzi its known for, the spaghetti marinana is my favourite and make room for the best kanolli in town after!

Pastizzis are great for breakfast, but the pasta is the best in Newtown. Boscaiola is top shelf, and pesto prawns for a starter A+

Had the raw Balmain bugs, yum! So fresh and tasty. The octopus raviolo (open ravioli) was delish. The mushroom gnocchi was also amazing. Ask for a table for a group at the back.
Pasta dishes are delicious and original, loved them. All made with fresh pasta. Wines are a bit pricey.

Duck and truffle tortellini, crab and prawn tortellini, and anything with truffle. Yum! I love their chili oil as well. A bit pricier than other Italian place, but their quality is there.

One of the best Italian restaurant in East Sydney. My favourite is the egg and parmesan pasta. The heat of the freshly cooked pasta melts the cheese and the egg cheese sauce is the best!
Cheap and cheerful pasta with the second best gelato in Sydney - head to Pompeii's in Bondi for the best.

Amazing traditional homestyle Italian food, with impeccable service & cosy atmosphere. Been going there regularly for 13 years and never had a bad meal! My fave is the Penne Granche (penne with crab)
