Pappardelle ragu - a classic but you've not lived till you've tried it here! Amazing! Maybe the best Italian in Sydney :-)

Pappardelle ragu. Best pasta dish in Sydney hands down.
We tried pretty much everything on the menu and each dish was great. Our favourites were the Beetroot Carpaccio, Burrata, Pappardelle, finished off with the Salted Caramel Mousse.
The cured meats and pappardelle are really good!

Delicious woodfire italian pizza with a proper chewy base. $15 if you get takeaway. Great pasta too, the Lamb Pappardelle on the specials board was amazing.

Read that their ravioli ricotta and pappardelle agnello (pasta strip with lamb ragu) are the best. Nice tiramisu too...can't wait to try!
Traditional Italian pastries including the unmissable bomboloni filled with pastry cream. The croissants and pan au chocolat are divine. Get there at 7 am and you'll get them near fresh from the oven.
Love everything here. Feel you have left Sydney. Civilised clientele at breakfast with the footpath full of gorgeous dogs (+owners). Faultless service.

Tonight I had a pea mushroom risotto, and they made it from a vegetarian to a vegan dish for me. I absolutely love it. Staff made everything I ordered vegan as well. Well done for switched on staff.
I strongly recommend the Pork Ragu with Pappardelle. Was affordable as well.

The much discussed $22 Rockpool burger may have some baulking at the price, but most who have actually tried it would argue that it's twenty two smackaroos well spent. Read more.

Can't fault the food or the service! Turned up on a Saturday night at 8 without a reservation and they still managed to find a table. Two thumbs up! 👍👍

Venison with chocolate and blueberries is a masterpiece, they smoke their own duck breast prosciutto which is ahh-mazing and the tonno with watermelon and wasabi is my summer 2010 dish of the season.
