Excellent Petuna Ocean Trout! The Pork Katsu Steam Bun and Black Sesame Ice Cream Mochi were amazing! The Melon Sake Fingerlime Coconut Sorbet was good as well but I couldn’t taste the sake.
The new DEGUSTATION menu was great, winner was the grilled prawns. Mochi black sesame ice cream was beautiful
Food is excellent (gluten free option available), minimalist interior design (love it), service is spot on. Order Black sesame ice cream mochi for dessert! It’s amazing!!
Corner booth while next to the kitchen entrance is nice and intimate. The seared sushi platter is just gorgeous. I'd definitely recommend the 7 course as well.

Definitely have a margarita or the 'Mochi Mochi' cocktails at the bar. And if dining at the restaurant, try to get a table in the feature room downstairs, much quieter and private.
