Try the spicy scallops and the sesame snapper sushi. Sirloin with greens and shitake mushrooms is very tasty :-) finish with a small vanilla pannacotta and berry coulis
Sit at the sushi bar, order the wagyu, tuna avocado, and spicy tuna rolls. Waitstaff is a bit snotty but they're easy on the eyes. They're quite conservative on the wine pours so best order a bottle.

Buffet start and end time is quite strict so make sure everyone gets there on time. Really authentic taste and the pork ribs (豚カルビ) were especially delicious! Lovely staff. Will come back again!

Two things. 1. That Pork Belly. 2. Getting to the toilet through the kitchen is seriously surreal. Try it. It's like a game show and you're celebrated for peeing. Amazing.
Get the duo box, great value for money and a good variety of fresh seafood. Next time in going for a yellow fin tuna steak burger!!!!
