Michael Liberatore: The dumplings are amazing and this is by far the best Chinese restaurant in LA. This NYC-native has been searching a long time for this kind of quality here in SoCal.
Russell Paige: Love this place! Discovered they deliver & I've never been disappointed. Their lunch specials are GENEROUS!!! Their menu is fantastic - so happy they exist!
China Daily USA: Try the dumplings, siu mai or BBQ pork baozi and you'll be in good shape.

Amber: The original Katsu-ya and THE BEST. The baked crab roll melts in your mouth. The space is small, but has casual low key vibe that you don't find often.
ZAGAT: The birthplace of the now-ubiquitous spicy tuna on crispy rice – don’t miss it.
Dani Fish: oh yes, and baked crab hand roll is heaven on earth.
Goodstuff Hally: Amazing sushi, trust the chef
Eater: The. Sushi. Nazi. Nozawa may be past its prime, but this is the original sushi gansta. Big hunks of fresh fish atop mounds of rice, just trust him. [Eater 38 Member] Read more.

James Gunn: Probably my absolute favorite sushi restaurant in L.A. Get these three dishes - Kanpachi sashimi, halibut sashimi with truffle, and seared toro sashimi. Those are always amazing.
Noelle Keshishian: Amazing kanpachi. Halibut + black truffle. Everything is amazballs. I thought I had been to the best sushi places in the valley until I came here.
Bravo: Ventura Boulevard is wall-to-wall with sushi bars but the most unique, one-of-a-kind sushi experience is Asanebo. Don't ask…just enjoy. -David Applebaum, Launch My Line
