Sashimi and vegetable soup with fresh ginger is truly satisfying
the blue ribbon roll is fantastic, as expected. you can't go wrong with the marriage of lobster, shiso and black caviar. take your time eating it. then order up another roll.
Soup dumplings to try: Pork, Chicken and the shiitake mushrooms with truffles are great. The Three cups chicken, ribs and market vegs (we had pea shoots and eggplants) are great to share.

Steak au poivre one of the best I ever had. Great space service and wine. Hasn’t changed in 30+ years.
Try not to let the crowdedness of this place scare you off. This is a soho staple and it's amazing. Sit at the bar or get a table in the back. Order everything.
