Definitely get the spicy cumin lamb hand-ripped noodles. The dish is perfectly seasoned and the noodles taste fresh, lightly chewy, and soft.
Best pho in the city I think. Hot and spicy broth is where it's at.

Low prices match portion size. Ordered #38,39,40 noodles (squid balls, beef brisket, pork). Sauce was very salty, service was slow, tables were cramped. Would not recommend
Like most others, I recommend the mala kotteri ramen. Broth is so flavorful, and the char siu (pork) is delicious. Definitely a bit more modern ramen, but I loved it.

Veggie ramen is soooo good, with a flavor profile that progesses as you eat. Tip from the owner: eat the greens like a salad first. Let the butter melt into the broth as you eat, without mixing it.
