Fried chicken po boy is UNBELIEVABLE. Crispy frying, good level of spicy. The tartare sounded pretty good too, but it will have to wait for next time. Friendly people, delicious food!
If you like a good Italian sub, get the Jersey Sub! You won’t regret it. Also, this cardboard Jimmy Carter in the men’s room is pretty rad.

The burger and fries
Meh. Good but by no means great. The vanilla mule is great. The burger is really not great.
Service & food were excellent. Bacon wrapped meatloaf was fantastic & so was the lamb burger.
Best chocolate cake you will ever have. Serious.
I literally had juice dripping down my face from the lamb burger. Get the lamb burger.
Ribs, brisket and smoked chicken were all incredible. Don't forget the rib tips too. Finish it off with Shiner Bock. 🙌
The meat! Brisket or ribs. Forget the sauce, this is Central Texas style where the flavor is 14 hours of smoke, salt & pepper. There is nothing else like it in Seattle. The pitmaster, Tony, is great.
The driest, least flavorful BBQ this Texas girl has ever had. So sad because I was glad to see a Texas BBQ joint in Seattle.
Meatloaf sliders are fantastic! Large order has 4, enough to share with your honey. Side of fries are shoestrings with good crisp and perfect amount of salt.
Collections Cafe is a unexpected hidden gem in Seattle Center. Beautifully executed small plates. Order a 'collection' of small plate dishes reasonably priced. Include the octopus, cheese curds.
The lunch menu is an incredible deal. $15 for three courses. The Daily Cookie for dessert is amazing.
Fantastic hotel. Attention to detail sets this place apart from everyone else. Highly recommended.

My husband and I split the Salmon Benedict and crab Benedict for brunch (we each had one of each). The salmon was good, but the crab was hands down the best, accented with ham and avocado! Yum!

Get the smickles! Fish and pickles go so well together! The Scotch olives are a good alternative if you can’t do fish.
Great panini, upscale pub food and beer selection. Get the Guinness float for desert!
