The Wagyu Kobe burger is probably the best I ever ate! It was juicy & amazing. We also tried the Veal Bolognese over fresh pappardelle pasta, a sage marinara sauce and topped with ricotta. Perfecto!

Amazing Italian - love the lasagna and the pappardelle al ragù bolognese. Burlesque shows on Saturday nights, super fun, but make sure you show up before 9pm to get a seat in the main room!

The Pappardelle may be the best thing I have ever eaten. Great presentation, and great food overall. Definitely a place that I'll go back to.
try: gnocchi with a rich Abruzzese ragu of lamb, or pappardelle with with braised tripe, oxtail, or both.
Definitely not a two dollar sign restaurant as this site suggests. Take out a mortgage on the home. Lots and lots of fresh truffles and very, almost too, complex dishes. The desserts were the best.
The pappardelle is easily a top 5 Italian dish for me.

The Anderson Ranch Lamb and Proscuitto Meatballs (Pappardelle, moroccan tomato sauce, feta cheese and mint) was the most amazing pasta dish there! It was more flavorful than the lobster Mac & cheese!

Hard to describe how good this place is. Cocktails are great, food menu is incredible. Highly recommend the clams and softshell crab.

My current favorite restaurant - relaxed but classy atmosphere, excellent service, amazing food. Do be sure and try some of their desserts. Outdoor seating available so go when the weather's nice!

Try the lemon curd, truffle salt, and white truffle oil. It will change your life.

One of the best dining experience I've had in Seattle. Everything just melts in your mouth! Def try the Pomodori al Forno, the Lasagne, one of their pizzas, and the Chocolate Truffle Cake. Delizioso!

I'm here at the hotel 10 days a month... best hotel bar and restaurant in Seattle bar none. Barkeeps are first rate, the food specials are always fresh. Couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. 5+
Abominable Winer Ale, Fremont Brewery, Seattle, WA. 8.9% ABV. Deeeeelicious! Dark and malty but subtle hop. Great for those who like dark beer with a lighter kick.
The cone of fries at the bar are amazing. Whole cloves of garlic, tons of flavor. Definitely recommended!
