Nyx Adam: Manmosa, Texas deep fried French Toast, brisket omelet... Great food, huge portions and awesome staff make Hudson a great weekend brunch spot in Georgetown.
Jacquie Rooney: The biscuits and brisket omelet were great. The breakfast tacos (with corn tortillas) were average, and the grits were the consistency of a firm polenta.
Sylvia Olveda: Avoid the lines on the weekend by being there at 8! Tables fill up by 8:30. Omelettes are huge and can be shared.
Megan Albert: Order the South Ballard omelette that isn't on the menu anymore! Be prepared to wait for your food, but its worth it...everything made to order!
