This time we had cocktails AND food. The hangar steak is magically tender - the kind of steak I crave. The octopus is delicious.

Delicious falafel and hummus. Very interesting menu. They ran out of the rose water pudding so I will definitely be back to try that and get more falafel!

One of the best hummus places in North America. Would be considered solid even by Israeli standard imo.
New COVID-19 rules: you will need proof of vaccination to eat inside, though they also have outdoor seating that doesn’t require it. Get the lamb ragu and a seasonal cocktail — always perfection!

Ephesus does not win from the street view but wait till you get inside! Talk to Dee (hostess) or Husan (owner) and make sure to get some bread and try their esma. Truly amazing med food.

Great food and great atmosphere. Lunch can be very busy, so get there early. And get on their mailing list for special dinners and music performances, such as live Flamenco!

Tasty shawarma, hummus, baba, and falafel. Had my food within a few minutes. Staff is friendly and accommodating; they were willing to substitute rice for hummus in one of the plates.
