I've never had a tastier salmon sandwich! Also, if you sometimes crave the amazing Fried Chicken Sandwich at Bake Sale Betty's in Oakland I dare say Skillet Diner's is actually better!

You really can't go wrong with most choices here. I had the fried chicken at lunch and it was super filling and delicious. I've also had their scallops - PERFECTION!

This is an extremely loud room, and they don't take reservations, but the food, drinks, and service are all good. I had the fried chicken - Sundays only - and partner had a big pork chop.
