S P: Well located madern hip/cool hotel with comfortable rooms/beds and great bathroom toiletries (Bliss). Eager friendly helpful reception staff (Manya!!!). Concierge inexperienced.
S P: Check your bill upon check out, WiFi is supposed to be free but they try to slip in $15.95 and then credit it if you notice. They try to delay check-in till 4pm unless you complain. Concierge 👎
