The selection changes every day, but if you have the chance, get the Elvis—banana cake base topped with peanut butter butter cream icing. (Also, Trophy now serves macarons, and they are delightful.)
Best cupcake by far: Red Velvet. Mmmmm. This is the original location, and the best one.
I bought a whole cake, and they told me to let it sit out for 20 minutes, to allow everything to come to temperature. If you're in an air-conditioned space, double that for perfect butter cream icing.
