Pretty beach & free parking! Wonderful :)
While a once hidden gem, this is still a fav of ours. The Boathouse at Hendry's Beach offers a great selection of fresh seafood and wine. But the free parking means prime views of the day's sunset!
Parking is tough, but totally worth the wait. Miles to wander and enjoy the Pacific.
If you have Jury Duty show up early and park at the Garden Lot well worth it! If not you either pay for parking or have to walk 6 blocks.
Built in 1929, the courthouse used to also be the city jail. Parking along the street, or at the public parking adjacent to the library is free up to 75 minutes.
The tower has a wonderful view of the whole city!
Make sure you pay for parking haha or else get a $22 ticket like my buddy bahahahaha
SBCC parking permits are valid at the Leadbetter Beach parking lot Monday-Friday when SBCC is in session (fall and spring semesters).
Loved this beach! Very big (lots of sand) and you can watch many water sports. There are also several restaurants and shops on the beach! Recommend in the alley's milkshakes!
A beautiful palm-tree lined beach with volleyball courts, skate park, and boardwalk to walk, bike, rollerblade, or surrey along in the beautiful Santa Barbara sun!

Honey caramel or honey fudge sauce on anything is delicious! Nutella ice cream with honey caramel is my favorite.
Super delicious and inventive combinations. PBJ was a hit among the kidos with lemon curd and vanilla bean the favorites with the adults. Small batch milk/cream/eggs are hard to beat.

Saturday mornings are a great time to watch local fishermen unload their fresh catch at the Santa Barbara Harbor
They're temporarily closed, with a big pile of dirt in front if the door and and an outhouse in the parking lot.

A great restaurant for great Mexican food, with excellent salsas, surrounded by pleasing murals of the agaves farms.

I had the sesame seared ahi tuna, with almond pesto cauliflower and brown rice and loved it! Service is great and we were served quickly. One of my favorite places to eat fish in SB.
Wow, oysters galore. We got their signature oysters and they were out of this world! I got the salmon with a side of grilled spinach which was also the bomb. This place is amazing for any occasion!

If you're not paying attention, you might miss this nestled in the parking lot of The Lark. Not a ton of seating but it's high quality.
Their Breakfast on Milpitas Pizza is amazing. Ingredients are potatoes, housemade chorizo, spicy tomatillo marinara sauce, cottons and cilantro. A must try!
Really quick unique wood fired pizzas! They even have cookie ice cream sandwiches made with homemade chocolate chip cookies!

I recommend taking a cab here and planning your night ahead. Cabs can be a long wait if you wait last minute and parking is hard to find/ a hassle!
Great outdoor seating or indoor bar scene. Food is phenomenal. Get the Brussels sprouts and hazelnut praline ice cream sandwich for dessert. Can't go wrong with everything in between. And make a res!

Brussels sprouts are insanely tasty. The hanger steak is phenomenal but could have had more steak and less broccoli. The beef cheeks with bone marrow is rich and decadent. The ice cream sandwich OMG
It's $6 for parking, but it's easy to park on the street and walk. Really up close to animals, awesome zoo
$11 parking. $18/ adult. over heard lots of chatter about cost when it was $13/ticket. it's a pleasant zoo though. healthy animals and nicely landscaped
Best Zoo for little kids. Small but lots of animals, great picnic space and an awesome train ride around the zoo.
Can’t go wrong with any ice cream flavors. Favorites are peanut butter chocolate and fresh mint patty. Don’t forget to get a chilly dog for you furry friend too.
