That is called the Eggs Rose. I saw Iron Chef Kat Cora mention it on the show "The Best Thing I Ever Ate", so had to try it!

The Hefeweizen and the Hoffman house brat are perfect. Raw onions and sauerkraut, happy camper right here. Also the Belgian cut fries are dope.

Step back in time to a place where walkers and canes outnumber the waitstaff. This place is retro. True retro. The food is pure 1960s greasy spoon diner fare, atmosphere is prison commissary.
