The Shima Roll is amazing. Tasty, a bit spicy and crunchy.

Futo maki isn't on the menu, but they'll make it for you. Yum! Also many cool rolls on their menu.

They have incredible desserts. Fresh peach cobbler available still. Best dessert of all (for me) was a second steamed artichoke.

Hawaiian rainbow roll is amazing. Kenny is the man! Gyoza are great here as well and service is quick and friendly! Open Sunday night!

Do the nigiri roll combo w/ tekkamaki instead of the CA roll. If you want authentic sushi (nigiri) Kaita is your spot. Trust me you won't be disappointed.
