Took over an hour to get our pre-order, then we got home and found that they screwed it up. Turkey was just raw meat in a paper bag, no plastic cooking bag.
Never getting Thanksgiving Dinner here again. Preordered and prepaid, and they have everyone standing in a 45 minute line, defeating the whole purpose of preordering. #FAIL
