Re: pho.. #11 (well-done flank steak) is just strips of fat & tendon, no actual meat. Gross (IMO). If you want slices of tender, delicious beef in your pho, get the brisket instead. Trust.

Must try the Farm egg raviolo with brown butter, ricotta cheese on crostini with honey from the beehives on their rooftop, the smoked salmon pizza, the flank steak and the donuts. Excellent!
The Raviolo di ricotta is decadent and wonderful. Rich egg yolk, nutty brown butter, salty aged cheese, sweet, creamy ricotta enclosed in perfect fresh pasta to form a luxurious, sexy umami bomb.

The banh mi chay here is amazing coming complete with pickled carrots and radishes, cucumber, jalapeños, marinated and fried tofu that actually tastes good (and not "vegetarian" good, but good good). Read more.

Coming for the gluten-free Injera? Be sure to call ahead of time to confirm. They often use wheat with their teff, but if you call in advance they can make a special batch for you.
Vegetarian combo for two. We always think it won't be enough, but it always is. Great service and delicious food.
Imperial rolls and rare flank beef pho are the way to go!

Delicious bread baked fresh twice a day. Love their batard loaf and baguettes. Great selection of beer, chocolate and olive oils. Yummy salad bar and fresh soups.

Pork pot stickers are the best I've had since I can remember. Also, the wonton noodle soup w/no noodles comes in delicate broth with hints of garlic -- accompanied by white meat chicken and prawns.

My favourite breakfast, lunch, coffee spot in SOMA. Great for eating, working, or making new friends when you are in town for business.
The breakfast burrito was so good I soiled myself. You should try it before you die. The burrito, not soiling yourself in public. Don't do that.
