Excellent sushi. The Dragon Roll is fresh, with avocado, eel and real crab. Very kid friendly in this basement restaurant where they give kids ice cream at the end of the meal. Orange Delight=awesome.
You should try the Dragon Roll, it's superb.

The "faux-nagi" is actually seared black cod, and it is delicious! Particularly tasty in the green dragon roll.
Garlic edamame is the best starter, along with the corn and oysters! The sea dragon roll is delicious

Incredible. Salmon roe is really good as is the salmon poke. The sushi is some of the best in SF. I like the caterpillar roll. Seaweed salad is the best in the city. Super friendly service to boot.

This is my favorite sushi spot in SF. While it's not the most incredible sushi, it is very good and it's hecka cheap.

I really like Umi - really fresh fish, and a great spot for a weeknight dinner, when you want to wind down, eat something delicious and talk about the day.
Maguro nigiri, Tekka-Maki, Kani-Kama, Tobiko-Avocado-Maki is the way to go!
Basic sushi. Nothing fancy or too expensive. Get the spicy scallop is tasty.
Not as much fish selection as the fancier sushi restaurants, but the price and quality are right.

Go to Blue Fin Sushi. Must try: Chicken Kara-Age, Mushroom Stuffy, Albacore Tataki, Unagi Fried Rice, Fresh Oysters, Duck breast and lamp chop. Mon to Thurs has $1 menu.
