Cyril S.: The pasta was awesome, we also had a tiramisu and a bruschetta which were great ! The portions are a little bit small
Jade F: Really incredible gnocchi, chicken wrapped in prosciutto, and incredible mushroom and pesto bruschetta. Super cute and definitely going to be my new Italian local favourite! ❤️🍷🍝🍴

Jenna Odett Laskin: They don't take reservations, but do offer call-aheads. The cocktails are awesome. my favorite small plate is the walnut bread, burrata, truffle tapenade, and honey. Salads are big. Skip bruschetta.
Meghana Dhar: Everything is superb, especially the eggplant caponatina w/ burrata, fava bean bruschetta, gnocchi, dungeness crab arancini. But srsly-- the budino di cioccolato is the best dessert I've had in SF
CITY GRIT: While pizzas are their main game, we swooned over the Salumi, Baked Polenta, Burrata Bruschetta, the Chicken Liver Crostini, and the entire cocktail menu.

Christine Cafiso: Wonderful local Italian restaurant in the North Beach area. Small restaurant, make a reservation ahead of time.Get the Carlesimo pasta, so delicious! Bruschetta was extremely fresh as well.
Cristina Benedetti-Gimenez: This is by far the best Italian restaurant in the city. Not only the food is delicious, but the friendly staff makes you feel at home every time. No matter what your order you will not be disappointed

Jim Wyatt: In my opinion one of the best all around Italian restaurants in the United States.
Darren Dosia: I don't eat at any other Italian restaurant in North Beach, this is the spot. Chicken parmigiana, ravioli both suggested dishes.

SFGate: A true neighborhood Roman-style trattoria. Try the bruschetta with fava beans, the fennel and artichoke salad or the tortelloni with creamy mascarpone sauce; finish with a creamy lemon tart. Read more.
Melissa H: You can't go wrong here. Good food, good service. The fettuccine tartufate with truffle sauce is especially yummy.
Laura Fingal-Surma: Order anything with tomato cream sauce.

Annie 🌺 Jalota: Really generous portions of the bruschetta, and the gnocchi was quite tasty. Vegetarian friendly!
Cindy Tong: The house bread they provide is incredibly fluffy and they pair it with this delicious tomato spread. The portobello mushroom salad and shrimp, scallop and vegetable angle hair pasta are delicious
Sean Sheppard: Try the Zuppa Di Mare (Seafood Soup)

Alison Walker: Nice relaxed ambiance here..Order the bruschetta and ceasar salad to start, both are so flavorful & amazing. Also recommend the lasagna and seafood pasta dishes..the tiramisu will melt in your mouth!
Bob Fleshman: This restaurant was run by an Italian family for decades. Ownership, management, and all the recipes recently changed hands--and the service is better. Get the L'Ottavo fettuccine!
Zoe Sullivan: I had the ravioli aragosta, which is stuffed with lobster and a crab bisque. Yummmm. Service is also great. Medium price range. I would say the best quality for your money around these parts.
