Ian Sullivan: Love the Vasco de Gama cocktail! Whiskey with apple and a spicy kick. Super good. Pair it with an order of the cumin honey spiced nuts. Gold!
Eater: The Alembic is one of those bars where the drinks take time to make, but they're also hands-down the best in the hood, perhaps in the city.
Dima Goldriga: Hot pastrami is amazing along with many other items...... Weekly specials are usually pretty delicious as well. Great place to have a deli style sandwich. Always lots of parking!

Jordan Van Druff: Great patio in the back! Staff is super super friendly and unpretenscious, wait how do you spell unpretensious? ...

Wim Godden: Their clam chowder in sourdough bowl is excellent (best I've eaten so far - and I've eaten quite a few !), salmon was great. Too bad they don't have the 'select 3' desert special anymore.
Jason Cross: Take the Factory Tour. It's cheap and presents an interesting history of SF sourdough.
Marieke Hensel: If you eat at the restaurant, access to the museum is for free! :-)
