One of the best ramen place in San Diego. Always sit at bar if I want to relax and enjoy a bowl of authentic ramen and some drinks after work in late night.
Great ramen and fantastic special! I recommend getting there by 11 when they open, by 11:30 the place is packed.

Great ramen!! The second time I had the oxtail ramen, which was also great! The wait can be long but you can also order to go on line and pick it up without a wait.
I love ramen, and having lived in Japan for quite some time, I can say that this is the best "American" tonkotsu ramen I've had.
I had the Underbelly Ramen and the Belly of the Beast Ramen and they were both very tasty and loaded with Ramen and meat.

Great late night stop if not in the mood 4 Mex rolled tacos. 3 different sizes, authentic ramen will make your belly full & warm. Get there BEFORE midnight. They will close doors if too slammed.
The Ramen with pork is to die for its so delicious I get the soft boiled egg on the side and put three scoops of the garlic spice sauce ! So yummy

I ate here 3 times a week in college--no joke. Get the chasu miso ramen w/an extra egg, chicken karaage, beef AND tuna tataki, miso broiled black cod and potstickers. Heaven!
Favorites are the karage, Tajima orig ramen, kim chee, fried rice (not on menu) the grilled salmon & the okonomiyaki. All so good! Even better if you mix the kim chee w/the fried rice :)
You can't go wrong either the kakuni ramen (stewed pork belly and egg) or the katsu don. Delicious and filling.
My absolute favorite lunch stop-off when in the Convoy area. You can not go wrong with any one of their Ramen Bowls or a Curry dish....DELISH!!

Santouka ramen is the best ramen in convoy. The broth is tastier than Tajima and noodles better than chopstix
