The closest thing to Italy in Texas. Definitely a place to try if you're craving fresh, delicious pizza. The staff is also friendly and very well informed on the menu items and wines offered.

One of my personal top 5 pizzas in San Antonio. Possibly the best texture on a crust in SA. Pro tip: unscrew the crushed red pepper lid, pour into lid and use the lid to distribute the pepper.

I am from New Jersey and good pizza in Texas is hard to find. This place has great pies and a awesome beer selection. Well worth the trip and taste.

The Mellow Mushroom is a great place to grab a vegan pizza. The curried tofu pizza and the avocado sub are two great vegan options, and the menu has plenty to choose from.
