Meghan Petersen: Don't use the sauces/oils they give you. They are very old and taste spoiled. Also if you're vegetarian make sure to ask if there is meat/fish in the sauces.

Chef Shack Bay City, Carrie Summer: absolutely loved the tofu lettuce wraps,with crisp and flavorful pickled vegetables and a spicey hoisin sauce!
Brennen Stenke: The Bún salad is great with tofu. The careful French fusion here makes for an intriguing menu. As a bonus (or requisite, perhaps) they place an emphasis on local ingredients. The space is cool, too.
Sarah Haley: Apps you have to try: the rabbit dumplings and sweet potato shrimp croquettes. I would eat the spicy aioli on it's own!
