Their French toast is amazing. Great service. Sometimes there is a wait but worth it.
I haven't had anything at Tower that wasn't delicious, but I have my favorites, so I recommend the Madame Cristo and the french toast for brunch.
My mom and I always share the famous french toast and the all week special, two eggs, potatoes and apple sausage. The is plenty of food! It's amazing!

You cannot go wrong with the fresh avocado or artichoke scramble. Great pancakes and French toast for the heartier breakfasts. Don't leave without a coffee tasting, something dark and Colombian.
Delicious brunch in East Sacramento. Can get a little crazy mid-morning but worth the wait. Delicious food that seems more health-conscious than some. Cons: only accepts cash or check and NO ketchup!
Ham fried rice with scrambled eggs. Bean sprouts optional-good either way!

The tri-tips salad is amazamous. So is the pulled pork sandwich. Um, and definitely go for brunch and unlimited mimosas. My fave for breakfast is the huevos rancheros.
