The reno philharmonic concerts are awesome. During Christmas, the Pioneer hosts the best Nutcracker Ballet.
Great venue for a Reno Philharmonic concert. For me, best sound is in the balcony and you get great sight lines to the woodwinds, brass & Percussion from upstairs too! I❤️ Maestro Laura Jackson!

For evening performances bring sunglasses for the sunset and a light jacket or blanket for after the sunset. The park cools down fast after dark.

Huge portions. Low prices. Have always had good meals, excellent value, and fast friendly service. Rolls are unique and very good. Early Dine values are even better.

Pasta Carbonara (ordered through room service) was best I've ever had, used pork belly instead of pancetta. Great for kids! Arcade room is the size of a football field!! Covers all ages! Very clean.

Great craft cocktails but unpretentious bartenders. Tell them your tastes and they will whip something fantastic up! Decent list of craft beers on tap as well.
