Try the Evil Twin Biscotti Break Imperial Stout - Fantastic. Lots of coffee, balanced with vanilla and hints of almond.
Great display of cars. Very interesting descriptions of everything. Love looking at the old clothes also displayed.
Museum was awesome, must have been there 3 hrs. So interesting, lots of history. Many vehicles I've never seen before. Enjoyed the short film as well, definitely worth watching.
The Phantom Corsair is a must see
Beautiful large suites with jacuzzi tubs. Beds are comfortable and we had a really nice nights sleep.

For a late night snack from room service try the shrimp cocktail or French onion soup, both were pretty good. (shrimp were huge!)
