When visiting the Slav Epic hall, be sure to grab a leaflet (10 czk) - you won't be able to fully comprehend the paintings without it (btw, the title of the painting goes after the paragraph about it)

Space is beautifull,feels a bit like labyrinth when trying to find the exhibitions. Exhibition about sports and olympics(now on)was a huge dissapointment. Mostly classic medias (paintings, sculptings)

Great place to go for lunch break. They have few daily lunch choices. My beef was delicious.
The pastrami burger is awesome. I really enjoyed the juicy beef burger accompanied by pastrami and red cabbage. Matuska beer is a bit bitter but has a unexpected elderflower flavor. Worth trying.

Amazing location and art deco interior with the painting of absinthe fairy. That's the only good thing about this place and the rest is crap for tourists!
Great place, average prices (we can say even cheap if you're coming from a Euro zone) Try "grilled Turkey meat with Camembert cheese and wild berries" you won't regret! I also ate the best Schnitzel!

The - from the outside mediocre - Neo-gothic church is a delight of painted walls and gold on the inside. Find the frivolous Maria Magdalene painting on a pillar!

Really crowded in the morning but we managed to get a place after 5 minutes. It is decorated with paintings by artist Kynclová. Good quality food.
Super cool location for a quick breakfast. Love their interior - very clean Scandi style. Coffee is impeccable, but you know it already. Desserts and salads are on point...like anything else!
