The Green Bean sandwich is my favorite sandwich in Portland. Don't let the name fool you: it is rich, and has bacon relish.
Green beans and fried pork belly really hits the spot for curry!
Great food/great value. I recommend the green papaya salad or pork belly & fried green beans. Plus, you can't beat a shot + a beer for $7. Get the sticky rice dessert. Try to sit in the tuk tuk booth.

The mussels with lemongrass and coconut milk were absolutely AMAZING. Great flavor and very fresh. I can't wait to try their other varieties. The green beans and house salad were also great! Yummmmmm!

This is the best Thai food in Portland. You'll have to wait an hour or two but it is more than worth it.
This place is like eating meals at home. Mismatched cutlery, not everything will come to table together, etc. And the food will be soul satisfying! 💯

Pho is pretty tasty and well priced. The Bun was killer too.
All their other Vietnamese dishes are very authentic as well. If you don't want to make the trek out there, they have a more upscale restaurant called Silk in the Pearl.
Number 51 is the best, but definitely add an appetizer of salad rolls. They are so delicious with the peanut sauce!
