If God were a chef, He would make this dish precisely the way the chef here prepares it. I said, "WOW! Mmm!" with every single mind-blowing bite. The Country Fried Chicken was RIDICULOUS. Sensational.

If in doubt, lamb sandwich is the way to go! Great PNW style beers but the real interesting stuff are the blended wild beers, sorta the bottled in house gueuzes - funky, tart, a lot of depth.
Awesome grilled cheese and chipotle tomato soup. Little pricey for the burgers and sandwiches. Good veg options and don't charge extra for a portobello or veggie patties.
Texas Cobb salad with bleu cheese dressing and a side of green chili mac + cheese. (I'm sorry, arteries.... I'm not sorry.)
Here you can eat ALL THE ANIMALS. I recommend the Pit Boss, Plato Tejano, any of the sandwiches, or the Cobb salad. Oh and the frito pie.

I love this place. The beer is great, as is the coffee. The baked goods are also delicious. Heck, everything is good here! My favorite burger is the Freebird burger...yum.
