Brook Shelley: My new favorite Chinese food spot in Portland. Outstanding noodle soup, dumplings, and youtiao. I can’t wait to go back and try everything else on the menu. A semi-hidden gem, well-worth the drive.
Jingru Zhang: Just amazing. Come here and order up. Nothing beats freshly handmade food. Everything is served fresh and steamy.
Virginie Liao: Jianbing, meat folder, noodle dishes are a must.
S: Salt and pepper squid and seafood chow fun (with gravy) please!
Vietnamese Restaurant: We are having our lunch special $1 off everything from 10am to 3pm weekdays
Dina Sue: must haves...salt and pepper shrimp or calamari, steamed fresh fish, house noodles Hong Kong style, stir fried veggies and clams.

Ell Bradshaw: Pretty much everything I've tried is great. Green beans, brussel sprouts, cherry pork.
Eugene Levitsky: Decent place if you are into Americanized Chinese food. Unfortunately I am not into Americanized Chinese food.
Roger 💾: One of the few spots in Portland to score XLB (soup dumplings)! Their mapo tofu with pork belly is so damn good, bubbling hot, full frontal chili flavor, a perfect rainy day or winter dish.

dancingqueen fAMedevoLv3xion: Hidden gem tucked away behind Wings Herb shop in rear of parking lot of shopping ctr. Treated me like family, wheelchair accessible food's authentic family style home cooking Cantonese traditional
Shrub: The food & service are wonderful. I love this place.
Dan Clarizio: Get the dumplings, they are a great value! Also, if you're not sure of what to get soup-wise, the special for two makes it an easy choice and you get a lot with it
Natalie Ross: Fresh to order, inexpensive dim sum. Hand pulled BBQ pork noodles were great!
Haley White: Dim sum is amazing, also not on the menu but you can order chinese donuts. Be careful with groups larger than 4, it can be a long wait for the big tables in the back on weekends.
John The Bastard: Pure Spice is notable for having dishes you can't find anywhere else in PDX. Try the beef roll, wrapped donut, pumpkin pancake, or brisket with rice noodle. Avoid the "American Favorites," though.

Melissa Lim: Soup dumplings, noodles, greens, bao. What more could you want? Delicious!
Stacy Bo Bacy: Hot soup dumplings with a short wait. Happy hour Sunday to Thursday from 5pm to 6pm doesn’t have much to offer.
Jay: I really looked forward to trying this place bc I love xlb. Ordered xlb, and some other entree dishes. Unfortunately, the quality does not hold up to the hype. All tastes the same of soy sauce :/
