In fall/winter the roasted butternut squash ravioli with browned butter and sage is a wonderful study in subtle flavors.
This is my favorite restaurant in Portland! I usually get one of the specials w/ spätzle and Swiss Onion soup. Make sure to call ahead for a reservation ;)

Gnocchi with Ox tail Sugo was comfort food all the way. As was the spaghetti with seafood. The house made salted Carmel gelato was delicate and paired perfectly with espresso:-) Overall - great dinner
