This hotel has a ton of personality & it feels unique unlike chain hotels. However, deco is hit & miss- some seems really nice & other details seem really cheap. Awesome pool area though!!!

I've yet to stay here but the decor left me wanting more. I hung out in the pool area while waiting for a table at Gallo, the fantastic Mexican joint on the first floor and wanted to jump right in!
Great rooms! Very clean! Beds are hard though and no coffee maker in room. I would stay again though! Pool area is BOMB!!

Very nice hotel walking distance to Chase Field - ask for a room with a soaking tub in the shower area. Pool area is great as well.

The lower pool area is great. Quiet, great service and nice cabanas.
Beautiful location, great swimming pool and hot tubs (except the adults only hot tub constantly had kids in it), restaurants are great and customer service is outstanding. Parking is very costly.

One of the best JW Marriott by far. Breakfast is truly amazing with a lot of variety. Cocktails are excellent. Great ambiance at night: upscale but not too calm. Awesome gateaway!Definitely worth it!

Beautiful rooftop bar/lounge/restaurant/pool with fabulous view of downtown. Public pool that is open to all visitors not just hotel guests. You gotta come hangout here!
There may be other rooftop bars in town, but there certainly aren't better ones than Lustre, which offers stunning views of skyscrapers, city streets and mountains - all especially gorgeous at sunset. Read more.

They have wonderful scenery at the villas. Love the "homey" feel. Everyone is super nice as well from villa staff to hotel and even golf and tennis pros. I love it here. See you in 2013!

Having free WIFI and valet service, this hotel is great for a stay in Phoenix. The food is great in the hotel and the scenery around the building is beautiful.
A tip to all homeless people: If you're sleeping in the lobby and the staff wake you up to ask if you're a guest of the hotel, the correct answer is "yes."
This is the only stadium with a swimming pool, but you can’t take a dip unless you're a VIP or a baseball. #DontBlowIt
