The fresh salmon, nigiri or sashimi, is out of this works great! And the purple rice adds some nice flavor and flair.
The nigiri is a great option for GF/ nightshade free, but you still need to ask about red pepper. GF soy sauce available for a surcharge. GF rolls are not marked, so you have to know your ingredients.

Everything is great. Sushi is unremarkable but portions are completely legit, as in huge. Also get a great show if you opt for a table. Onion flame volcano is oddly appetizing.
