I ordered #1: Slices of Eye-Round SteakWell-done flank, fat brisket, soft tendon and beef tripe. Delicious, hot soup. Add some fish sauce, hoisin and shiracha then it'll taste amazing. Drip coffee.

Sparse, efficient pho restaurant that defies the "fast, cheap or good, pick two" ethos. Excellent pho, but don't look for much else.
Banh mi, a Vietnamese hoagie. You can't go wrong with charbroiled pork (thit nuong). I usually grab an egg roll, banh bao (meat stuffed bun), and a Vietnamese iced coffee for the road.

The pho is very tasty, and the portions are very large- they really do not skimp on the meat! Spring roles were not the greatest. Service was slow, and waiters were not particularly friendly.

My go-to for banh cuon. Very tasty - don't forget the iced Vietnamese coffee, but don't let them give it to you in a to-go cup!
