The burger is a riff on the Juicy Lucy-style cheeseburger; that is, the cheese (Roquefort) is inside the patty. It's so good that Philadelphia restaurant critic Craig LaBan wrote a song about it.

Delicious!!! Everything was good, especially the ribs and pulled pork. And they have kool-aid!!
Not worth all the hype. Ribs were overcooked, mashed potatoes were bland and cold. Service is mediocre. Overpriced for crappy food.
Try some local brews like the 60min IPA from Dogfish. It's possibly the best IPA in the country!
