Go big and bold. Try Ethiopa's version of steak tar tar: Kitfo. It's seasoned with berberre spice and homemade cheese. Wonderful.

The service was wonderful and the food even better. I'm a carnivore and had some of the vegetarian options. I was impressed. The honey mead was wonderful!
Expectations of this place were far out from what I thought it was going to be. Free injera refill. Dude. Seriously. Do yourself a favor and order veggie and/or meat combo and a bottle of tej.
Veggie combo is the best lunch on Telegraph. The buticha is to die for. Coffee is amazing too--hint of cardamom.
