The Taste Sheriff: Finally, proper pasta in the Bay Area. Try the one with duck and orange zest and the risotto. The tartare is overrated. Fantastic food and reasonable prices. Book ahead.

Linds: For NYC people, this has a similar market feel to Il Buco Alimentari -- but with a more traditional red sauce menu. Pure comfort food, & portions are generous. Highly recommend the pasticciata sauce.
