Sondra Tusa: Try the market sides- i recommend sweet potato fries and broccoli!
Taylor Foxman: Sweet potato fries, turkey chili, Dijon brussel sprouts, ovesized salads - the list goes on #obsessed
Sari Nicole: Best sweet potato fries I've ever had. Lemon asparagus with parmesan is delicious. Brussel sprouts everyone raves about arent that good- really goopy & too much sauce. Grilled tuna steak for the win
Brian Watson: Don't sleep on the jerk shrimp! Also, always get the candied yams with mac & cheese.
Rodney A: Great place to carb up on New Year's Eve before running NYRR's Emerald Nuts Run! tho bit far from start. Veg plate w/ double Mac'n cheese + candied yams + other side = perfect ratio. Excellent mass/$.
Ellen Lee: Tried Jerk chicken, candied yam, and collard greens. Everything was delicious and I especially loved the yam. The dining is really dark and the waitress messed up the order but I enjoyed the food!

Netsirk: Come early for ube- Filipino purple yam ice cream! Usually sold out. Or get the matcha/black sesame swirl.
Nicole Formica: Original, custom flavors with an amazing assortment of toppings. The ube(purple yam) flavor with coconut is 👌🏼
Ernesto Gutierrez: A lot of fanfare for the ube (purple yam) in the tips here, but for good reason. For me the black sesame steals the show.

The Corcoran Group: It’s kind of a secret, but Melba’s has the best soul food around. This tiny and friendly place serves awesome Chicken & Waffles, Mac n’ Cheese and Candied Yams.
DLee: This might just be the best soul food in Harlem. Went here with a party of 12 and almost everything was amazing. Their candied yams are to die for.
