Angel: They now offer wine as well. Great specialty pizzas, and very hard to choose.
JD Malone: Best pizza in NYC! If you're in a daring mood try one of the specialty pizzas. Some of the topping combinations seem weird however they know what they are talking about.
Thom Powers: Best pizza I've had on UES; and comes out quick from the brick oven. The Capricciosa is my go-to on the menu. For caffeine, the Macchiato can't be beat.

Emilie Dishongh: They'll make you the proscuitto arugula special pizza even when its not a special. And its the best pizza they make. Do it!
Haley Hughes Bryan: Arugula & Parmesan salad with a special pizza (they're all to die for!). Mozzarella is always fresh & tasty. Tiramisu is perfection if you're still hungry.
Yaseen Rocca: Outstanding pizza that oozes simplicity & genius. Burrata starter: ditto. Best tiramisu we ever had; probably the most authentically home-made dessert you can ever eat outside home; must try.

ºDamian White º: Great atmosphere! And the specialty pizzas are EXCELLENT! I especially love the TV in the back!
Kate Furman: They use egg products for their pizza crusts (in case you were wondering). The pizzas are delicious, especially the sausage, sweet pepper and onion (#2 combo)
preston noon: This brick oven contends with whatever you think is good.

John Cline: The Ilaria special pizza on Thursdays is incredible - cherry tomatoes, smoked buffalo mozzarella DOP, and arugula combine to make your mouth water.
Marianna Fierro: All the antipasti are very very good! Service is okay.
AmateurConcierge: A fine Neapolitan pizza spot but not markedly better than say Keste or Roberta’s. Super simple topping options. The ice cream is fantastic tho.

DoubleDeuce: Fantastic place. Come with your date. Not too expensive, not too loud, decent location. Always lots of neighborhood options to move along if it's going well.
Jon Steinback: Best sit-down pizza in the East Village (and probably Manhattan). An ambitious eater can down a whole pie, so get a couple different ones for your table.

Vitor Coutinho @namesadopai: The Best veal parmegiana in NYC. Tip: ask about angel hair pasta with marinara souce.. Its perfect.
Sean Carroll: You can buy pizza here.
Wade V: High on flavor. Lots of garlic and spices in that sauce, loads of cheese. Best bet is an original cheese slice. Charming, because often the Italian owners are the ones serving you.
